Leave Your Meeting With More Than Good Intentions

At the beginning of the next meeting, the team should review completed tasks, address anything that remains unfinished, and celebrate progress. The goal is not to create more work for already busy ministry leaders. It is to ensure that the time and energy invested in leadership meetings produces meaningful results.
